Chris Sligh will kick off his headlining "Back to School" tour with a stop at "Idol Camp" in Southern California. "Idol Camp" was created for kids who want to be singer/songwriters. It enlists former "Idols" each summer to participate in teaching music classes, host open mic sessions, showcases and extracurricular activities.

Sligh has taken the initiative to work with Christian radio stations across the country as partners for his "Back to School" tour. The tour is scheduled to visit 30 cities and sponsor stations will share the expenses and the spoils directly with Sligh.
