Warner Bros. artist James Otto has already made a big noise on the Country music scene and now he is looking to make a little in the kitchen. Otto will join Iron Chef Michael Symon for the second episode of The Food Network show "Dinner: Impossible."

"Dinner: Impossible" gives some of the world's most experienced chefs, such as Symon, difficult tasks that they must complete before time runs out. In the upcoming "Opry Impossible" episode, Country legend Charlie Daniels will throw out the challenge for Symon, he must feed 300 fans and musicians at the Grand Ole Opry with meals inspired by classic Country tunes. Otto will serve as Symon's assistant and the meal will have to be approved by Daniels before it is served to the hungry masses.
