Curb Records artist Tim McGraw is returning to his hometown of Rayville, LA on September 13th for Swampstock. The event has been held there every year since 1994 as a way for McGraw to give back to his community, and this year is no exception; this year's proceeds will go to the Neighbor's Keeper Foundation, a charity established by Tim and wife, Warner Bros. Records artist Faith Hill.
For the first time, the Habitat For Humanity of Ouachita will partner with Swampstock for a community build to refurbish the Rayville Recreation Center. Volunteers will begin the build on September 9th and will finish on September 13th.
Swampstock will be held at a new location this year, with the concert taking place on the steps of the Richland Parish Courthouse. The performance lineup includes Country newcomer Catherine Raney, Mercury Records duo Halfway To Hazard, Capitol Records artist Dierks Bentley, BBR's Jason Aldean, and of course, Tim & Faith.
Tickets are $30 and are on sale now at www.ticketmaster.com. They can also be purchased locally in Rayville at Richland State Bank, Bancorp South and J&H Boots.
