Sarah McLachlan will release her first ever greatest hits album this fall. "Closer" (RCA) is a 16-track best-of from the Canadian songstress that will also include two new songs.

The single CD is expected out on October 7th, but a 2-disc version will be released soon after that.

The single, "U Want Me 2" impacts Hot AC on August 25th.
