Missy Elliott's a busy woman with her seventh album coming out soon and on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew this month.
On the MTV dance show, Elliott is set to perform her song "Shake Your Pom Pom," which she says will appear on the forthcoming Block Party, but confesses to having her own favorite team in the competition.
"Something about Fannypack is different," she says. "They were the first group where I was like, 'Oh, they hot!'"
As for her own vaunted dancing skills, Elliott says she keeps in shape.
"I do Dance Dance Revolution," she says. "I'm not as good as the kids that come in the arcade. Their feet go crazy fast. I'm not that fast, but I'm good on it!"
