Rap impressario Dr. Dre will release his long-awaited new album by the end of this year. "Detox" will only be his third studio album, following up "2001," which actually came out in 1999, and his classic "The Chronic."
Dre told USA Today that the CD is just about done and should be in stores by November or December. He'll hit the road once the album is released.
Also Dr. Dre is getting into the spirit ...with spirits. He's launching his own brands of cognac and vodka with the Drinks America distributor and his record label Universal Music. First up is Aftermath cognac, followed in the next month or so
