At the upcoming BMI Urban Awards being held on September 4th, the Jackson family will be receiving a lifetime achievement award.
Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon will all be in attendance at the cerimony, but Michael has yet to confirm whether or not he will be able to make it.
The family affair, referred to as the Jackson Five, joined back in 1966 and were the first band to have their first 4 singles go to number one.
They were even inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997.
Some of their biggest hits included the tracks; "ABC," "I Want You Back," "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)."
There have been rumors over the years of a reunion of sorts but to date, this has not happened.
Previous honourees include James Brown, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, The Bee Gees, Willie Nelson and Carlos Santana.
The BMI Urban Awards honor R&B and hip-hop's top hitmakers.
